U.S. Air Force, Raytheon and ViaSat to speak at Global MilSatCom 2016

SMi are excited to announce U.S. Air Force, Raytheon and ViaSat will be presenting at Global MilSatCom 2016 taking place 8th-10th November in London.

SMi Group are delighted to announce Raytheon, ViaSat and U.S. Air Force have joined the unrilvalled speaker line-up for Global MilSatCom 2016:

  • Brian Rodriguez, Director, International Programmes, Raytheon, to speak on "Evolution of Protected Resilient SatCom". Brian will discuss Emerging Missions and New Platforms and Commercial SATCOM Integration.
  • Andy Lincoln, Chief Technical Officer, Tactical Network Solutions, ViaSat Inc will speak on "Delivering Broadband To The Battlespace". Presentations highlights include: Assessing current and future capability gaps; Adding resilience, protection and disaggregation.
  • Day Two of the conference includes two military presentations from U.S. Air Force: Deanna Ryals, Chief International MilSatCom will be speaking on "How the U.S. Can Maximise Key Capabilities Across The U.S. Armed Forces With Greater Allied Collaboration And Advanced Planning"; Michael Laney, Lead International Engagement for MilSatCom, will present on "Developing International Relationships to Optimize MilSatCom Capabilities and Capacities".

Raytheon and ViaSat Inc will also be participating in the Commercial Panel Discussion on Day One of the Conference on How Industry Is Satisfying The Key Requirements For SatCom in ISR.
